Pacific Hoods Inc Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less the Shipping and Handling Fee. Buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping cost unless item was damaged on arrival. Only items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund. Used Items will not be accepted for returns. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.

Free Gifts that come with purchases:
If your item came with a free gift, the gift along with the original purchase must also be returned in new and unused condition.
If your gift item were used, you would be charged the Retail price of the gift item.
There is no warranty, returns or exchanges on gift items.

Return Merchandise authorization:
You must contact us prior to returning your items so we can provide you with an RMA#. Items without an RMA# will not be accepted and returned back to sender. Please include this number on the shipping label or simply write this number next to the label on the box.

How and Where to ship the item(s):
Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Shipping by a reputable shipping company such as U.P.S., FEDEX or U.S.P.S is strongly recommended. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in new and original condition. Returned items that arrive damaged will not be accepted for returns and the Customer is responsible to file a claim with the shipper.

No Return or Exchange on all As-is/Clearance items. All Sales final on As-Is/Clearance items.

Changed your mind?
Most orders placed on a weekday will ship within 1-2 Business Days. Please try to contact us as soon as possible to have an order cancelled or revised. Once an item ship we cannot intercept the package to have it rerouted. If you need to exchange or cancel the order, please give us a call or email us when your item arrives to start the return process.
What to do when you first receive your range hood?
We strongly recommend that you open and inspect your hood for any damages upon arrival as well as plugging in the hood to make sure all features and functions are working properly even if you do not plan on installing the range hood right away. Please keep in mind we cannot exchange or return installed hoods. Should there be any issues upon arrival, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us within 3 days. We would be more than happy to resolve it for you within this time frame.
