Returns & Exchanges
Pacific Hoods Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt. You will be credited the cost of the item(s) minus the shipping and handling fee. The buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original manufacturer packaging.
- Used items will not be accepted for returns.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items.
Free Gifts with Purchase
If your item included a free gift, both the original purchase and the gift must be returned in new and unused condition.
If the gift item has been used, you will be charged the retail price of the gift.
Gift items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and do not come with a warranty.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
You must contact us before returning your items to receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Items returned without an RMA# will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
Include the RMA# on the shipping label or write it on the box next to the label.
How & Where to Ship Returns
Please ship the item(s) using a traceable and insured shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure safe delivery.
- Pack items securely in their original outer carton or a sturdy box.
- Damaged returns will not be accepted. If your item is damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

As-Is / Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance or as-is items. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Changed Your Mind?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or intercept the package. If you need to exchange or return an item after it has shipped, please follow the return process.
Inspect Your Range Hood Upon Arrival
We recommend inspecting your range hood for any damage immediately upon arrival. Plug in the hood to test all features and functions, even if you do not plan on installing it right away.
Installed range hoods cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there are any issues, contact us within 3 days and keep all original packaging materials.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
