Return Conditions

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Item must be new and unused
  • Original manufacturer packaging required
  • Returns after 30 days are not accepted
  • 20% restocking fee may apply

Free Gifts With Purchase

If your purchase included a free gift, both the item and gift must be returned.

If the gift has been used, the retail price of the gift will be charged.

Gift items are non-returnable and have no warranty.

How to Start a Return

Contact Pacific Hoods Receive an RMA number before returning any item.
Write RMA on the box Items returned without RMA will be rejected.
Use insured shipping UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking is recommended.

  • Clearance or as-is items are final sale
  • Installed range hoods cannot be returned
  • Inspect the hood immediately upon arrival
  • Report issues within 3 days of delivery
