Pacific Hoods Inc Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less the Shipping and Handling Fee. Buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping cost unless item was damaged upon arrival. Only items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund. Used Items will not be accepted for returns.
Free Gifts that come with purchases:
If your item came with a free gift, the gift along with the original purchase must also be returned in new and unused condition.
If your gift item were used you would be charged the Retail price of the gift item.
There is no warranty, returns or exchanges on gift items.
You must contact us prior to returning your items so we can provide you with an RMA#. Items without an RMA# will not be accepted and returned back to sender.
How and Where to ship the item(s):
Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Shipping by a reputable shipping company such as U.P.S., FEDEX or U.S.P.S is strongly recommended. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in new and original condition. Returned items that arrive damaged will not be accepted for returns and the Customer is responsible to file a claim with the shipper.

Changed your mind?
Most orders placed on a weekday will ship 1-2 Business Days and many times even sooner. Please try to contact us as soon as possible to have an order cancelled or revised. Once an item ships we cannot intercept the package to have it rerouted. If you need to exchange or cancel the order, please give us a call or email us when your item arrives to start the return process.
Problem with the item at the time of arrival?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item(s) when you first receive it, please give us a call right away and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving your issue. Please make all defective and damaged claims within 2 days from the day you received the package. All defective and damaged items not claimed within 2 days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition in original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. If you've noticed that there was damage to the item when inspecting, please do not install/use the item. Please give call/email us to inform us of the defective. Once the item has been used or installed there will be no exchanges or returns. If you've noticed the damage after you've installed or used the item there will be no exchanges or returns.
